Capital City Elements?
The name is a combination of a few things. “Capital City” is of course an homage to my native city, Sacramento, California. “Elements” has a few meanings. My last name, Au, is also the chemical symbol for the ….element, gold. Secondly, building websites is a multi-faceted job. You have to be an artistic eye, technical know-how, and a bit of marketing magic. Do you see where I’m going with this? So many elements make up a website.
So there you go, Capital City Elements is your one stop shop for all of your web needs.

Experience
I’ve been doing this for a long time. I’ve been building websites for the past 15 years. In that time, I’ve learned a lot and have crafted too many sites to count. Ok, you can probably count them, but it would take more fingers than I have. The point is, I’ve coded a lot of them.
Creativity
In addition to designing and building websites, I am also a digital illustrator. I use my trusty iPad and Apple Pencil and create illustrations. I like to think this creative outlet has also inspired my designs as a web designer.
